Blue Clover, LLC (“Blue Clover,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Clover collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Blue Clover applications, websites, text messaging services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

We may collect information that you provide to Blue Clover, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, account credentials, contacts you choose to add, and information you enter into the Services regarding responsibilities, commitments, reminders, confirmations, notes, and related activities.

If you choose to allow access to your device contacts, Blue Clover uses that access to help you select people you want to involve in Blue Clover. We do not access your contacts unless you grant permission.

We may also collect information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services, including device, authentication, usage, and diagnostic information.

We use information to provide and operate Blue Clover, authenticate accounts, maintain your information and preferences, coordinate responsibilities and status updates, provide notifications and confirmations, communicate with you, provide customer support, protect the security and integrity of the Services, and improve Blue Clover.

If you separately choose to receive Blue Clover text messages, we collect and use your mobile phone number and SMS consent information to provide customer-care confirmation and follow-up messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of Blue Clover text messages or HELP for help.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using Blue Clover.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers to transmit and operate text messaging and other features of the Services. These providers process information on our behalf as necessary to provide the Services and are not authorized by Blue Clover to use your mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Blue Clover does not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud infrastructure, authentication, communications, security, and other technology services, subject to appropriate restrictions.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; enforce our agreements; protect the security or integrity of Blue Clover; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Blue Clover, our users, or others.

You may choose whether to provide optional information and whether to enable permissions such as Contacts and Notifications.

You may opt out of Blue Clover SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request SMS assistance by replying HELP.

You may also access account and privacy controls available within Blue Clover.

Blue Clover uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature and purpose of the information.

Blue Clover is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
